Shipping Policy and Practices
Here at CRIMPZONE, we strive to ship all of our orders out as soon as possible. Orders received by 12PM (Noon) EST will usually ship the same day. While we aim to make this our typical practice and top priority when it comes to shipments, we can not guarantee it. Orders are typically not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, they will be processed and fufilled the following business day unless prior arrangements have been made. While we typical ship USPS Priority Mail (delivery confirmation constitutes as your receipt of product) unless otherwise specified by the customer. CRIMPZONE reserves the right to use any shipping method available. Any damage and/or problems with a delivery or shipment must be reported to CRIMPZONE within 3 business days. For returns, please see our return policy! NOTE: We cannot guarantee our customers when an order will arrive so please keep in mind and consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CRIMPZONE or other parties only as a rough estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid any delays caused by shipping services and/or product availability.
International Shipping
Please keep in mind that international shipping charges may be incorrect. The incorrect shipping charges is due to the complexity of the sizing of our products and the shipping methods available, which can't always be calculated correctly. If a correction to your shipping is needed, we will contact you directly. CRIMPZONE will not charge your credit card for additional shipping charges without your approval and knowledge. You reserve the right to cancel the order if the shipping charges is too high for your liking. During the shipping process, we will only charge you for the difference between the rate we originally gave you/shipping cart options charged for you.
Return Protocol
All product returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt, during which time the buyer must pay the return shipping costs of your return. All returns are subject to a flat 10% restocking/re-measuring fee. All returns within 14 days will be in the form of either a cash/credit refund or a store credit. Returns after the 14 day window will be at the sole discretion of CRIMPZONE. For all returns you must contact CRIMPZONE and request a RMA number prior to returning your product(s). If your returned product(s) shows signs of having been used, cut, stripped, or otherwise damaged, your refund claim will be denied. NOTE: Any damage and/or missing items to your order must be reported within 3 business days of receipt for adjustments to be made. Fulfillment mistakes that are on our behalf resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Taxes
CRIMPZONE will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For other orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other applicable taxes.
Credit Card Processing
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. While using these cards there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the exact address and telephone number that is listed on file through your credit card provider). Any incorrect information will likely cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be billed upon the shipment of your order.
Checks and Money Orders Processing
We gladly accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Your product(s) will be processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and/or company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before your order can be processed. NOTE: we cannot guarantee the availability of a product/or products by the time the funds clear or payment is received. There will also be a $25 fee charge on all returned checks.
Out of Stock Product(s)
While we pride ourselves on having a well stocked inventory, sometimes running out of stocked products occurs. On such occasions we will ship your product in a timely fashion as it becomes available.
Multiple Product Orders
On multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Unless informed otherwise, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer and consent to sell. CRIMPZONE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Continued Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether CRIMPZONE signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site our Terms & Conditions at any given point in time.
Privacy Regarding Third Party Websites
Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies, terms and conditions, and data collection practices. Please consult to each site's privacy policy, CRIMPZONE is not responsible or help liable for the actions, terms, data collection, and privacy policies regarding to other third parties.
Typographical/Website Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information we received from our suppliers, CRIMPZONE reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. CRIMPZONE shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders (whether or not the order has been confirmed and if your credit card has been charged). In the result that your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CRIMPZONE will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price(s).
